Repeated Blog Posts Won’t Help You

It appears that once in a while, everyone gets lazy and do not really feel like doing any work. But apparently there are others that aren’t lazy but simply believe posting repeated blog topics will help their blog and considering that it’s a post. Repeated blog posts aren’t considered quality posts simply because they’ve been discussed thousands of times already on other blogs. Here are a few repeated topics that are constantly blogged about…

  • Diversify Your Income
  • Create Backups For Your Website
  • Make Your Blog Unique
  • How To Make Money On Your Blog
  • Guest Blog To Gain Traffic

So now you get the point? Post something unique which you believe that your readers don’t already know about. Writing about something that has been talked about more than it should have won’t bring any positive affects to your blog. If it comes to a point where you can’t come up with anything new, then consider posting something off-topic but don’t try doing it too many times since your reputation will go down simply because of that factor.

When you write something new, you want to gain a wide range of comments from all different users that other bloggers would want to write about you. The more you’re talked about, the more your reputation builds and that’s the key to success.

How Long Does It Take For You To Fall?

Inactivity/hiatus throughout anything you’re working on can definitely affect you in a negative way and you should always avoid entering this avenue. An inactive publisher on a website will most likely lead to no updated content unless you run a forum.

A blog would be considered something that would be affected. I’ve tested and noticed that readers do not come back quite often when you your blog isn’t updated as much. To make more money, you would always want readers to come back and stay active on your blog.

What to do during your hiatus?

  1. Guest Bloggers:
There are many bloggers that would be interested in guest blogging on your blog and this is simply to build reputation and receiving visitors that they didn’t have before. Guest blogging is found to be beneficial to both bloggers so you should always look into that.
  2. Time Stamp Posts:
Prepare ahead of time and prepare quality posts to have them time stamped even though you are not here. This is a great feature which the Wordpress script has. You can have your articles posted anytime you would like.
  3. Answer Questions:
Your readers will have many questions needed to be answered so why don’t you make those type of posts when you don’t have much time to right a full post? It’s a great way to make a quick post when you are in a rush.

These are just a few that can help you prepare for when you’re going on a little break. You definitely don’t want to keep your blog or site inactive while your gone since it doesn’t lead to anything positive on your side.

Your Own Style Makes You Stand Out

One thing that makes people notice you much is your own style. Imagine in your personal life, who would you notice first? A quiet person or a very loud person? Make your style stand out among all the readers and you can get you a ton of visitors by working this tactic.

A few well known bloggers are quite known for their own personal style. Shoemoney posts free posts mainly everyday a long and makes a lot of money so that got him attention, John Chow write posts about food and cars and makes grands on his blog, I publish professional guides on earning a success. Have your own style and attract readers with similar interests as you.

When would you know your style is sticking out? That would definitely be when you notice people write about your blog on their blog. Those attentions is what started the well known bloggers and brought them new readers. Their style was publicized all for free from their own readers!
