Believe it or not, many webmasters work for Google. Google is really major that it’s easy for them to come by it without any thought. If you serve AdSense ads on your website, then you definitely are one of their employees. Why’s that?

I believe that if a company pays you based on the amount you’ve worked on a basis, then you’re working for them. The more you work on your website to increase traffic and revenue, then Google Adsense is paying you a cut from all the amount that you’ve helped them benefit off of. Basically the more you’ve worked, the more you get paid by them.

For example, if you’ve worked hard and brought in $100 worth of revenue for the month then Google automatically takes their small cut and gives you the rest. At the same time, they are profiting off of you which every business does to their employers. The only way to escape this is to begin selling direct ad spots privately but your problem may be that you can’t find any high paying advertisers which your employer, Google, helps you find!

The next time someone ask you where you work, tell them that you work for Google and see what they respond to you with!
